Apologies for neglecting this blog, I still have the bike and I am still actively using it, it is a great cycle that has already allowed me to fulfil ambitions. In 2010 I did the Glenhea road up past the mountain without stopping, first time in two attempts, might not sound much but try it.
I di about 160 miles in two days and also did the Cairny mount climb the next day, which was a real task, again i did it with my Friend Alistair.
In a couple of weeks I am going to be doing the 5 ferries challenge, I have been out for a few good runs. I will post pictures of the Glenshea trip and the next trip.
Cycling regular nowadays, mainly on the mountain bike, loving it.
